Chris Leschinsky is a Commercial Photographer, Cinematographer, and West Coaster based in San Luis Obispo, California. A native Californian who was born in San Francisco and raised in Sonoma Valley, Chris discovered his calling while taking photos during surfing trips to Hawaii. His pursuits were further inspired by his relative Jim Marshall, the late, great rock-and-roll photographer. After high school, Chris moved to San Luis Obispo to earn his degree in Art + Design at Cal Poly State University. He then returned to San Francisco to gain experience in the commercial photography business before opening his own studio in San Luis Obispo in 2002. He lives here with his wife Nina and two young boys, Rio and Aksel
